Come check out our Christmas craft market this Saturday from 10am-3pm.

Come to Green Acres Baptist Church, 901 Elberta Rd in Warner Robins, park, and follow the signs inside to get some baked goods and check out the handmade crafts and local businesses. Don't forget to have your children color their own ornament before you leave.

Proceeds from this event help our youth ministry right here in Warner Robins. Like and share this event for a chance to win an item from one of our local vendors. We look forward to seeing you, rain or shine, at The Christmas Market at Green Acres! If it rains, all vendors will be indoors.

Our Phone Lines Are Down! Unfortunately, they may be sporadic for the rest of the week (Thank you, Cox).

PLEASE TEXT US! We can still receive your text messages at 478-953-7297.

Today we are re-opening our lobby. You are welcome to come in when you arrive. Of course, if you are not comfortable waiting inside, you may still wait in your car until it's your time to go to a room, just let us know when you arrive that is your preference.

Face masks are now optional, also. If you prefer our team to wear a mask in the room with you, please let us know and we will be happy to wear one in your presence. We look forward to serving you and look forward to returning to the "old" normal.

Due to Staff Shortages, the Emergency Center will have reduced hours this weekend.

29/12/2021

Happy New Year! Due to a staff shortage, we will only be seeing pets with immediate medical needs for the remainder of the week. If you have an appointment scheduled already, we will honor your time but ask for your patience as we work hard to serve you and your pet. Please text or call us (478-953-7297) if you have any questions or would like to reschedule your appointment for a later time. Your understanding is appreciated.

Update 6/22/2020

We are still seeing patients curbside and our appointments are once again open for routine care. Please keep in mind, that because we have not been able to see patients for routine care for three months, we do have a longer than usual wait time on appointment availability. Because of this backlog, we are currently not able to take new clients (this will only be temporary). We will allow clients to come into the clinic, but a face mask is required. When you arrive for your appointment time, please call the clinic for further instructions. If you need medication refills, please call ahead and we will have those ready for you and bring them out to your car when you arrive (please call to let us know you are in the parking area). Paying with a credit card over the phone is our recommendation. Thank you for your patience. It is our desire to serve each patient with the utmost care and in the most timely fashion possible.

Also, for today (6/22/2020) we are updating our phone system. Please be patient as we go through this process.

Update 5/12/20

Thank you for your patience during this time. While we are currently still assisting clients in the parking area and doing curbside services for pets needing immediate medical attention, occasionally we might need to have a client and their pet come into the clinic. We ask if it is possible, please wear a mask when coming into the clinic to help protect our staff. In turn, we are doing the same for you. If you need medication refills, please call ahead and we will have those ready for you and bring them out to your car when you arrive (please call to let us know you are in the parking area). Paying with a credit card over the phone is our recommendation. We hope to begin seeing routine appointments again in the next few weeks. We will keep you posted regarding this and if you have questions, please call the clinic (please don't leave questions here, as the post may not be checked immediately). Thank you. We hope you and your pets are all doing well. 🙂😺

Update (3/22/2020):

In order to continue to protect our staff and pet owners, we are currently only seeing patients with immediate needs. All routine care should be postponed until a later date. If you come to the clinic, please call us from the parking area when you arrive for further instructions. If you have concerns or questions regarding the well-being of your pet, please call us. Medications may still be picked up during regular office hours, but we ask you to please call us when you arrive in order to better serve you.

Our number is 478-953-7297.

Dear Town and Country Family,

Due to the recent human Coronavirus outbreak, we ask for your assistance in efforts to prevent its transmission.

If you have an appointment or stop by the clinic for ANY reason, please alert us, by phone when you arrive, to any respiratory symptoms or fever you are currently experiencing so that we may appropriately assist you with your pet's care while maintaining an environment as safe as possible for our staff and fellow customers. We will gladly come to your car to deliver products or assess your pet's needs. Contact us at 478-953-7297. Thank you.

***Update, the phones are working again. 🙂***

Sorry folks, the phone lines are not working right now. Cox is aware and supposedly working on it. 😞. We are open regular hours today.

10/10/2018

*UPDATE (7:45 pm): We are still planning to be open Thursday morning unless things hinder us from doing so. If we have to close, it will be posted on this page.

As you, we are monitoring Hurricane Michael and the impact it may impose in our area. As of right now, we plan to be open the rest of today and tomorrow. Barring a power outage, impassable streets, or mandatory curfews from emergency personnel, we will continue to be open. Rest assured, if your pet is currently in our care, we will continue to see to their needs regardless if we have to close for the day.
