My name is Lori Martin, and I am the sole proprietor of Angels Among Us, LLC. There has not been a time in my life when pets were not a part of it. I have volunteered for “Save the Tails Rescue Group, Inc” and “The Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation”. I work for several dog walker companies in the area as well. Today, I am a proud pet Mom to Duncan, our goldendoodle. He is my heart and soul. Over
the years, friends and family have entrusted their precious pets in my care because they trusted my abilities and knew that I would treat their pets as I would my own. Pet sitting and dog walking is not only my business-it is my passion! As a pet lover myself, I understand the difficulty of finding someone who will care for your pets and respect your home. I take on a very few select clients so that I can focus on the needs of their pets. Description of services provided:
• Provide daytime and evening pet care including dog walks; meals; treats; clean and refill water bowls; clean litter boxes; play and cuddle time; record date, time and description of services provided after each visit, administer oral and topical medications
• Provide house sitting duties which included: collected mail, newspaper, and packages; watered plants; put garbage/recycling bins out on designated days
• Frequent communication with supervisor and other walkers to promote uniformity in caregiving techniques and ensure high service standards.
• Conduct new client meetings which consisted of meeting clients and pets; gathering pet information; answering questions and offering advice; picking up keys
• Give primary consultations with new clients; explained service agreement, care procedure, and assessment of pet
• Perform Administrative duties on Precise Pet Care software system which include assuring that all pet sitting visits are completed timely; processed service or cancellation requests; emailed clients; maintain documentation for each client and dog.
