It's time again for the GPAAS Family Album. Today Magnum checks in from his training session at Detroit Dog Behavior, LLC. Brutus is so cool!
He was adopted from the Grosse Pointe Animal Adoption Society (GPAAS), (previously Magnum) by a wonderful owner who continues to show up for this guy!
During his his last boarding we also did day training and layered in ecollar work.
Brutus did fantastic!

Spock likes to shop!!
This was his first time with me in the stores where most people are suprised to find a dog.
When we visit a business I am careful that for the most part we are seen and not heard. Spock has been doing great with his confidence and it was time to push him out of his comfort zone a bit.

Spock was adopted through the Grosse Pointe Animal Adoption Society (GPAAS).

Diesel is at the point where his owner Kellie, can be involved more and I am coaching her to be the owner he needs and respects. I can’t say enough good things about Kellie Czuchaj Rouhib! She takes notes, reads the books, listens to the podcasts, and is super sweet about pretending I don’t repeat myself a million times 😁
I can’t wait to watch her live a great and less stressful life with her big guy, Diesel!

We are showing Diesel the behavior expectations when visiting the vet. We’ll practice several more times adding more people and pets to the picture. The constant will be asking for this calm behavior every time.
His first visit to Faithful Friends Veterinary Care included a muzzle, a separate entrance, and waiting for the lobby to clear. Today we walked in the front door.

A huge thank you to Faithful Friends for allowing us the space to practice and for support for Diesel!

He went for his first hike, and I’m pretty sure he is a fan for life now!
This guy is a Malamute/Malinois cross, it’s proved to be a spicy mix at times!

My Dad’s dog, Charlie has been staying with us for the last couple months. She is an easy, sweet dog. Two of the reasons she acclimated quickly…she’s well socialized and has been randomly crated over the years.

This dog was originally Karma, adopted from the Grosse Pointe Animal Adoption Society (GPAAS).
Thank you to Faithful Friends Veterinary Care for helping us get some health issues in order.
