Responsibilities
+ Welcome customers, take appointments over phone and in-person, provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions about products and services, and check in and out customers.
+ Work on inventory, product replenishment, and online orders.
+ Work on Concierge Services.
+Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. alone and more with assistance of staff.
+Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned.
+Complete walk-in and scheduled bath services in a timely manner as trained by store trainer.
+ Assist with monthly operational tasks and overall organization and cleanliness of the store.
Qualifications
+ Knowledge of basic computer skills and programs including but not limited to Google Chrome and other web browsers, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
+ Have consistent and reliable transportation to work.
+ Must be available to work Fridays and/or Saturdays.
+ Must be available to work up to three holidays per year.
+ Ability to clearly communicate in person and over the phone in a professional manner without the use of slang.
+ Be a self-starter and able to self-manage to complete tasks within set deadlines.
+ Able to work with dogs, cats, and a range of exotic animals every day.
