Hi everyone….. Tony here relaxing on a Thursday night! I just finished my meds (thank you for those who donated to help) and I am finally feeling better and playing with my big foster brother Scooter!
I think I prefer wearing my “fancy pants” than that nasty box that Scooter goes potty in although my foster mama keeps trying to introduce me to the litter box. Just sayn! My feeling is that litter gets stuck in my toes and I don’t like that….. but the two of us are working on it!
I am loving my life…. And just wanted to say hi! 🐾💞

Hi everyone…. Tony here! Tucked in warm in my foster home. My foster mama got me this new woobie and I just love it! I have been going to my acupuncture appointments with Dr. Devault at Nipomo Dog and Cat twice a week and I love it! I am forever grateful to Animals in Need for believing in me and helping me! Great day yesterday for our foster Tony…. Acupuncture by our wonderful Dr. Devault at Nipomo Dog and Cat (Tony just LOVES her and is so relaxed with her) was interesting though as his little kitty body responded so well! He has been so active within last 6-8 hours tonight. He goes back again tomorrow. Please think to donate to .org

Hello everyone! It's me Tony! and I'm hosting a fundraiser to support the Animals In Need Fund. They are helping me be the most healthy kitty I can be! Your support means the world to me and helps AINF with my veterinary care. I'm sharing some photos from my baby book and also some new photos from my veterinary visits. When an animal in need comes into our care, it is always our goal to set them up for the best future possible. Caring for sweet Tony means integrative veterinary treatments such as acupuncture, special supplements, routine lab work & x-rays. We receive thoughtful discounts within our veterinary community for animal care, but costs incurred for Tony will quickly add up.

This fundraiser will ensure Tony gets what he needs.

At just 4-weeks old, Tony began showing signs that he was extra special. His little back legs weren't very steady and he was delayed in his potty habits. As time went on, he improved with his mobility, and Tony's care team at the time, tested, treated and re-tested to learn more on how to help him. As he grew more handsome than ever, he continued to improve with his rear leg action. The abnormalities in a part of his spine caused his current mobility difference, but Tony plays, jumps, romps, hops...you know, all the fun feline stuff. Because he still is unsure sometimes on when he "has to go", his foster family created a wonderful daily routine where Tony easily wears the most adorable washable diapers. His nervous system has vast healing potential and with our scheduled acupuncture therapies and special kitty exercises, we are hopeful to ensure we do right by him.

He's barely just 7 months old and in that short amount of time, he has already taught us so many lessons in life about patience, kindness, bravery and friendship.

And as long as we are talking all about Tony...Don't forget he is available for adoption! We know his future family will be lucky to have him in their life. Tony is a well-versed traveler, was raised with cats, dogs in a foster home filled with love and compassion.

**Tony's letter to 2021, plus a message from the
Animals In Need Fund**

As we think back on 2021... yes, there was a lot of stress...like, *a lot*. Even still, with your unwavering support, we were able to make a wonderful impact on the lives of animals in need, across the board. Our amazing foster & veterinary teams helped us save and care for the underdog cats and dogs in our community. Our veterinary loan assistance program gave families a LIFE-LINE to save their beloved furry family members and our crucial low cost spay & neuter program forged on to make a larger dent in our pet-overpopulation epidemic, which prevents mass suffering.
Our relationships with more veterinary hospitals & other like-minded community organizations blossomed to benefit the animals...and we are thankful.
Here's hopin' for a 2022 filled with less worry & uncertainty and more kindness.

Tony had his acupuncture today!💕🐾
He was so relaxed and started purring immediately when Dr. Devault began removing needles! Look at the end result of those needles!!! So thankful for Animals in Need Rescue and Nipomo Dog and Cat!
Next appointment in two weeks!!! 🐾

Hello World, I'm Tony and I want to grow up to be the best spokesPURRson I can be for adorable, special needs kitties all over the world! I'm barely 7 months old and in that short amount of time, I've met some really nice people and they think I'm pretty awesome.

As a teeny 2-day old tiger, my brothers, sisters and I were brought into a loving foster home for care and when we all turned 1-month old, I started showing signs that I was extra special. My little back legs weren't very steady and I went back to needing help with my potty habits. As time went on, I improved with how I was able to move! My animal care team tested, treated and re-tested to learn more on how to help me and as I grew more handsome than ever, I continued to improve with my rear leg action. I play, jump, romp, hop...you know, all the fun stuff the big kitty kids are doing. Because I'm still unsure sometimes on when I have "to go", my foster family created a wonderful daily routine where I wear the most adorable washable diapers. I have upcoming appointments to see how more healing therapies might be helpful, because my little body's nervous system is amazing and I still has the ability to improve.

By no means is saying I'm not perfect just the way I am. If I do say sp myself, I know I will be a wonderful addition to my future family's home. You see, I was raised in a foster home with a kitten-friendly cat, cat-friendly dogs & a gaggle of foster puppies. I'm also a well-versed traveler and has already ventured on many road-trips! ! c

So, the question is...when do YOU want to meet me, because I'm ready to be the light of your life.
