With the unique times we currently face, it can be so easy to feel trapped and discouraged. We must fight the urge to submit to these feelings. There are so many things you can do to increase your productivity. When I'm feeling slumped, I do things that make me feel alert. I find that my activity is increased when I intermittently fast (IF). I love to drink tons of water, and black coffee while fasting. It keeps me from feeling bloated during my work/active hours, and able to focus. (IF is not for everybody, please consult your Physician before trying out IF).

When buyers can easily visualize cosmetics and how it pairs along with furniture and decor, they will be drooling with desire. This added insight will incline buyers to put in more competitive offers, and you as the seller will more likely have multiple offers to choose from, with many of them possibly exceeding full asking price!

For all my friends and family purchasing retail property: Your safety is always most important when purchasing a home. In addition to safety, the home's structural integrity along with mechanics and protective surfaces are not items to be taken lightly. ALWAYS get a home inspection when purchasing a home. It could cost you thousands of dollars down the road if you purchase a property with issues that you were not anticipating. Don't sweat the little stuff!
