⭐️Elsa update ⭐️

Elsa’s surgeries both went as planned & she was released from the hospital. She has a had a few rough nights ( doctor thinks mainly from soreness) but woke up today in much better spirits and is on her way to a full recovery!

She has to have her drain tube removed in a few days & her staples will come out in 10 days but outside of that she’s good to go! She’s not a fan of the cone but she deals with it pretty well.

We cannot thank you all enough for all the prayers, calls, texts & messages about Elsa. We are so thankful for each one of you 🙏💜🐾

⭐️ Elsa Update ⭐️

We want to thank everyone for your prayers, texts & calls about Elsa. So many of you have contacted us to check on her and we so appreciate it!

Her temp finally dropped down below 103 on Saturday afternoon. The ER vet said he felt comfortable with us taking her home today (with close around the clock monitoring) and waiting on her to rupture so they could perform the surgery and remove all of the necrotic tissue.

We are beyond happy to be back with her and that the vet trusted us enough to release her to us to care for her at home. Her fever is staying right around 102.5 —she has pain relief so she is resting well and doesn’t seem to be in any pain.

She still has a long road ahead of her but Elsa is a fighter and we know she will pull through ❤️🙏

Thank you again Berner family -we have the best community and are thankful for each of you 🐾

🙏🙏🙏🙏Prayer Warriors 🙏 🙏🙏🙏

Please say a prayer for our sweet Elsa. She has been battling a severe case of mastitis since early Monday morning and it has turned septic. She is in critical care at the ER & needs all the prayers she can get. Please pray that her pain is gone, fever drops & the medication the vet has chosen works and fights the infection quickly.

Daisy is such a sweet girl-she’s very affectionate, smart and confident. She’s more on the laid back side and will make an amazing pet!

She scored high on confidence, motivation, touch tolerance and human focus & will be easy to train. We love her Polk-a-dot pink nose!! —it’s slowly turning to black and will eventually be completely black. She is gentle yet so loving and will no doubt be a snuggler 🤗

She’s one of our most affectionate girls and LOVES people -especially kids ❤️

Daisy has had genetic testing done and is clear on SOD1B, DM and VWD1.
