We are bad about updating. Just wanted to share a photo of Louie. He is from Ganymede and Oread’s final litter (both are retired) and are staying as cherished pets (cause they are).

He is just spectacular. 9 months in this photo.

We call him “Big Boy” because he is 2 pounds heavier than his three siblings (who all have gone to their homes). Have been on the fence on whether to keep him or not. Born July 8. We are open to serious inquiries. Chipped and fully vaccinated.

We have been quiet for a while. We are excited to announce a new litter born July 8. As near as I can tell, I am sure of one boy, and I am sure there is one girl. The other two I would not bet on gender just yet. Could go either way 😂.

C**norado is so excited to welcome Mile High’s Jameson as future Queen in our breeding program. While she is only 4 months old, we have been waiting for her for almost 2 years. Her Sire is Scandal Secret Stars of Monaco and her Dam is MyCat Legacy of Demona, who have both long been my favorite planned litter from Lauryn at Mile High Mainecoonery. She is polydactyl and oh so sweet.

This will be my only “annoyed” post, and i am going to pin it to the top. For those of you who have done your research, you already know the cost of a Maine C**n. I have NEVER come across the magical price of 1200 or even 1600. If you do that’s great! Go for it. I paid $2600 for King Ganymede and $2000 for Queen Oread, plus $1800 for transport from Russia. My friend Lauryn of Mile High Maine C**nery starts her amazing cats at 2400 and goes up trom there and has wait lists into next year. Ganymede’s grandmother and grandfather have won WCF titles and his great granddather has won WCF International Champion. Ganymede’s mother, C’Aurora Blue Ridge of Zeuspride also holds a WCF champion title. If you are shocked by a $2000 price tag, then you should join one of those Maine C**n appreciation pages or look for a rescue group. But don’t send me a message asking price if you don’t know the realistic rate of a Maine C**n. Ours are $2000 because thats what we paid, and would pay again.

Look at these boys. They are 8 weeks old. In another 8 they’ll be ready to go home. Our followers may not know that we are a new cattery (at least new in terms of litters...we’ve been selecting our King and Queens for 2 years, and Queen Oread has a saga to tell about getting from Russia to the United States during a pandemic).

This is our very first litter of TICA registered kittens. You may also be surprised to know there are currently no reserves on either of them. We opened up to friends and family first. One person has expressed interest, but no serious follow through. We have 8 weeks to find good homes for them both.

Artemis (aka Mile High’s MaBarker) joined our family a few weeks ago. She is very slowly coming out of her shell. She is really bonding to King Ganymede which is nice to see. They will make pretty babies. Of course Oread makes a cameo.
