Well did not get the answers that I wanted did not get the things that I was after however we have a Target this is the bill for tonight and Pandora will be going home I did try to get them to keep her overnight give her IV antibiotics but they declined to do that it was either all in for $3,000 stay or go home with $1,000 bill lol . So we will be going home shortly and I will update more once I get into the car

I just heard back from University of Tennessee Knoxville. Our that will be reaching out to them to see if it is possible for surgery. Please pray that they will do this and please pray that I can come up with the funds to have it done Pandora deserves this chance

Great Babies Rescue Friends Family and Follower
I'm not even sure how or if I can make this post right now.
But Pandora had been doing so well Until she wasn't. And 3 days ago she took a huge growth spurt .With that has came a rapid decline in her health .She has struggled to eat and keep anything down. We started meds 2 days ago for treatment of aspiration pneumonia . Today she was seen by the vets again and the news was not good. Panda is very sick and the option to save her. If it is even an option is surgery. These surgeries run around $5000. I am reaching out now trying to find a vet we can get her into To see if she is a candidate. I ask that you please keep Pandora in your prayers and please pray for a miracle

Well this morning here at Great Babies Rescue
This woman gets to Tripoli (if that's even a word) hates it.!!!!!!!?
So with that being said let me introduce to you.My morning Surprise.
Bryan said last week he thought that Copeland and some of you all remember her may remember her she's the dog that I sat on the side of the road trying to save out of the forestry to keep her from getting hit here last month was possibly pregnant. Well I said no hopefully it's just parasite belly..Well it is !!!!!!
It's these parasites:)
Let me introduce you to her two beautiful little girls and her handsome little son who she surprised us with this morning.

Hope this finds you all well
Rudy had his evaluations this week with the therapy team and the news is not what I wanted to hear but we are putting a plan together. Part of that plan we will be putting him in a sling type situation so that we can get him off of the ground and off his body so that we can start doing some additional work range of motion and therapy on those legs to try to get them to come down into a more normal position in order for me to do that here at home.

There are days in rescue That you just want to throw in the towel. The calls never stop There are never enough hours supplies funds people to need the needs . You just are at the end of your rope.
AND THEN
You get something like this on your phone
With a message that says Hey. Mom. Just checking in. I'm doing good and I'm loving my life here.
And you know the words aren't coming from your dog.But then you see the picture and it says it all.....
For those of you who follow Great Babies Rescue and know the struggle I had keeping Frankie alive..

There are times in rescue. That things become so busy and blurred That you don't see what is right before your eyes. You feel defeated like no matter how much you do it's not enough. And that you just can't fix it. The last 2 days have been that for me. But the God I serve always shows me just what he can do through me if I stay the stay .
I sit here in tears sharing these pictures Because I truly felt like I was failing him. We have a long road ahead. But we are making a difference

We have an intake incoming this week. Another Dane, without a home. Really at no fault of her own, she is wonderful. Super easy to correct her behavior and learns super quick. She is about a year old. More info on what we need to do to ensure she is fixed and fully vetted is incoming.

She is a Fawn and gorgeous! She has been out in the community and is not super reactive, which is a great sign.

Shoot me a PM or comment here for info on completing an adoption application for consideration of taking this baby doll home. She will be a lovely addition to whomever is lucky enough to have her. 💛🐾

We were able to make a purchase of some of the kennel panels so far - lots of individuals will do a first come, first serve when they sell these items and I don’t blame them, so many people are unreliable. We didn’t want to lose out.

This is such a blessing though, for our rescue. There are still several panels available and we would love to be able to get more, of course we rely solely on community donations for this. Our rescue has the opportunity to purchase additional kennel panels to create exercise space and additional holding space in a safe and comfortable way outdoors for the current XL babies we have in care. In order to do this, we need to secure funding - this would be HUGE! We currently have three recent intakes that were extremely emaciated and could benefit immensely from this. The cost is $40 per panel (totaling $800 for all available panels). Can I get some of my loyal followers to sponsor a panel (or a few) to allow us to take advantage of this opportunity?

Good evening everyone
I was reached out to by a friend and follower Who needed help for this handsome little boy. He was just not thriving despite all they were doing and was diagnosed last week with aspiration pneumonia. He was put on medicines and appeared to be getting a little better Until he wasn't His mom immediately went back to the vet's Where his pneumonia is back and he has been diagnosed with Mega E. He is in route to us now he is very very sick we do have everything in place and waiting for him but we need your prayers we will be putting up a wish list for him but in the pictures with him or a few things that I know that I'm going to need right away if anyone would like to make a donation to get him these items or send these items I would truly be blessed for them thank you very much.
