Bailey’s dad contacted us because he needed basic obedience training. He wanted him to come on command. Bailey now comes when he is called and today he is learning to sit until called.

Onyx had some bad manners. He jumped on people and pulled their clothes. His mom had enough when he ripped a shirt off their 14 yr old daughter. He thought it was fun and games. Swipe right for his reaction when he realized the gig was up. DTE to the rescue.🤣
Winnie is 10 1/2 years old and very reactive to dogs, especially in her neighborhood. Her mom was even told to keep her away from dogs by other trainers. She had her first training today and didn’t even react to the neighbors dog. This is not a quick fix but we are off to a great start.
Penny is growing so fast. We started her training when she 10 weeks old. She is now in our obedience training and doing very well. She will soon be doing public access to become a service dog. She is such a sweet girl.
We had 3 new pups that started training today. The youngest 9 weeks old. We are excited to see these sweet babies grow and learn.

Loki is another great transformation story. He was very timid around people. When we first met him, he was very shy and hesitant. His tail stayed tucked under and he tried to hide. Since he has started training, he has gained confidence and is a happier dog. What a guy!
Eliza has come a long way since her first day of training. When we first met her she was extremely nervous, shy, and honestly a little neurotic. We couldn’t get anywhere near her. She is still a little shy around us but she warms up and will let us pet her. She has learned to relax when people are around and she enjoys going to new places thanks to her new found obedience.
Kylo is working on “down” today. It’s the last command we teach. Our training teaches dogs to listen their owners and they are happier dogs because of it. Good job today Kylo.

• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed
Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review
