Happy New Year! Thank you a million times to all my clients who made these past few years the most rewarding of my grooming career! It has been a dream!
That being said, this year will be slightly different for Glow Up Pups. My software system is changing and I will now require grooming agreements for each client. I am still not taking new clients until my system is in place for a while to work out the kinks in the new system. The goal is to have online booking eventually!
Due to the cost of living going up, I now have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you cannot make an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hrs ahead of time. If you fail to do so, there will be a $25 fee tacked on to the next appointment to make up for the work lost for the day. If there is an emergency or inclement weather, there are exceptions to this rule. Just text me at 9374749228 and let me know. Things happen, and life is crazy.
Flea Policy: As I work from my own home, bringing fleas into my salon is a serious concern as it can affect my own pets. I am cage free so if fleas are found, I have to reschedule my following appointments to deep clean and it has caused a serious loss of income in the past. If there is a flea infestation on your pet, there will be a $40 fee for deep cleaning, flea treatment and potential reschedule of following appointments.
I will soon be taking credit card payments as well!
