Anytime we are in a new city we always want to check out their local reptile/exotics store! This go round we visited in Lakewood CO just outside of Denver, and we were impressed! They had a good variety of reptiles, supplies, and feeders, not to mention the store was in great shape!

We were visiting our friend Chase over at and he took us to Gecko World in Austin where we saw sweet little guy/girl about a week ago and I forgot to post! The totally rad Rhino Rat Snake also nicknamed the “green unicorn” is a tropical arboreal species native to Southeast Asia known for their pointy nose and striking blue/green colors as adults. The HERPS Reptile Expo this weekend in Longview was great! We always love getting to interact with the community and talk reptiles for two days straight!
