Some light at the end of the tunnel for everyone following our story it's been a long hard journey but after 2 dam years we are finally seeing a bit of justice!! Well it's confirmed. Finally yesterday afternoon was able to talk with a trooper kyle young has been cited and Will be in court on the 27th at 10:00 with two counts of animal cruelty
We are hoping the states attorney changes it to aggravated cruelty
And yet again or still nothing is being done
State police are doing nothing
We need to get it out there and be known
So slight change in plans the story will be aired on tomorrow nights news Channel 3!! Instead of tonight they called and rescheduled for tomorrow!! Thank you everyone who's followed and showed more love thsn we could ever imagine it feels great to no we have people in our corners just as ready as we are to fight for justice for Tyler and Casper thank you all so much ❤❤

OUR BOYS ARE FINALLY GETTIN THERE JUSTICE AFTER YEARS OF FIGHTIN AND PRAYING WE WON!!!
KYLE YOUNG OF ALBANY VT OWNER OF BLACK RIVER BUILDERS HAS FINALLY BEEN CHARGED AND CITED FOR TORTURING AND SHOOTING OUR DOGS!!!! and is due is court April 27th on 2 counts of animal cruelty!!!
Although this will never bring our beloved boys back home were they belong we are finally at peace knowing there story is finally being heard and actions are finally being taken!!
The biggest BIGGEST shout out to Dean Mercier Hardwick and Wolcott animal control officer !! He reached out to us a few months ago and went above and beyond anything I could ever hope for!! When we were just about to give up hope he came into our life's and fought harder for our boys then anyone else involved in this including the state Police!! He never stopped fighting he never once stopped!! He worked endlessly to get justice for our boys and that's exacly what we got!! Words honestly cannot describe how thankful our family is for you Dean forreal I honestly don't no how to make it up to you and I don't think I'll ever be able to. You are absolutely amazing 👏❤ the endless hours days weeks months you put in fighting for our boys is seriosuly priceless again without you this never would of been possible you did the work the cops should of done years ago!! And handed to the police on a silver platter and it still took them months to do anything but after 100s of endless phone calls you made this possible so again thank you with all of our hearts 💕 we can finally sleep in peace knowing he did not get away with this.
For anyone wondering the reason he tortured our dogs all night while locked in his garage is because they peed on his lumber apparently so he decided to lock them in his garage torture them ALL night and then shoot them point blank the next morning! There is no excuse for this not one good excuse you are the most horrible human being out there how you could do this to our boys is unimaginable but I hope you rot in hell because honestly that wouldn't even be enough!!
And to the state police I really hope next time something like this happens you take the right steps to get justice instead of ignoring a greiving family for years until someone else does your job for you and your forced to do something!! There no excuse for you guys either you ignored us you ignored all of our evidence and statements years ago! When we cried out for you to help us you brushed it off!! So shame on you too!!
And to our boys we love you and we never stopped fighting for you we made you this promise and we can finally say you got your justice!!!

KYLE YOUNG OF ALBANY VT SHOT AND KILLED OUR DOGS WHILE HIS EMPLOYEES CLEANED UP ALL THE EVIDENCE! AND LOADED ARE DOGS IN THE BACK OF HIS COMPANY TRUCK AND DUMPED THEM LIKE TRASH. We knew this whole time he did it but now we have solid proof when his ex employee came forward with ALL the details to that horrid day. Owner of BLACK RIVER BUILDERS and a new DOG owner himself!
JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED THIS TIME YOU BET YOUR FU***NG ASS ON THAT ONE!!

So me and dj have talked and sinse the state police don't want to do anything here's the latest update:
we handed them everything they needed on a silver platter all they had to do was make an arrest that included the name of the person who shot our dogs proof evidence witnesses who heard him say he did it ( like 10 people ) how he did it and we're he dumped them ect. But instead the state police have ignored us for almost 2 months I have called religiously and get told the same thing he will call you right back (this includes more than one call a day some days) and never does so we are giving the state police a week to either call us back or do something or we will go public with his name and make him known to the town of Albany VT and surrounding areas! Clock starts now I will not let this go I will not keep my mouth shut we have been more than fair about not doing anything and keeping are cool. They wernt just dogs I get your busy but come on 2 months of nothing but being ignored and told oh he'll call you right back bu****it! One week and we will go public with ever bit of information we have.
Again thank you to everyone that has kept up with our story and cares we will not stop until we get justice whether that be the state police do there jobs or we have to. Share share share!!!
So we have no updates for you all were waiting on the cops they've been giving us the go around as soon as we know more we will update everyone thanks to everyone for all the support we truly appreciate it
So not only did the kind people that found are dogs take the time to find us but they've checked in and also got a message this morning with this beautifly painted picture she did of our babes thank you so much! I'm so glad to see others arnt giving up either and more than just us care 💓
11pm this is our daughter right now sad and confused looking for her doggies she carried a small apple that fall from our apple tree waiting for Casper because every single day she finds one and her and Casper play with an apple for a while she carried this fu***ng apple around looking for her doggie and then set it carefully by my feet and pointed to were the doggies normally lay down outside making noises trying to call to them and then she walked over and sat in the dirt were her and her doggies sit together and pointed up the hill making noises and doing what she can to call to her doggies the best way she knows how the way that's always worked for her iv NEVER seen my baby like this ever she crawled up the few steps we have when I said Casper not here grabbed the apple off the steps sat in my lap cuddling looking at the Apple confused like why don't my doggies want to play she then found there full bowls of food under a chair next to the steps pointing at them and whined and continued to look around giving me and her father a look we have never ever seen before i tried telling her the doggies are at a new home and she whined and put her head on my cheek she keeps looking at this Lil hole in our trailer were Tyler would always greet her then come running from underneath the trailer to be with her our 14 month old is lost I truly have never ever seen her the way she is right now she just looks sad she's not crying but the look on her face is breaking our dam fu***ng hearts she's pointing and trying to get her doggies to come to her like they always do they never ignore her they always come to her and we're are they? There on our front fu***ng lawn buried never to be seem again because you found the most extreme thing to do to our family pets was the best thing to do. But what you didn't think about was our feelings how much it was gana hurt not only our entire fuking family and friends that new them but most importantly our innocent daughter that doesn't understand why her doggies don't wanna see her or come play with her she been dragging there big dog food bag around the house knowing we always feed them and then we come outside and she finds there bowls full knowing she didn't help mommy feed them today I could only imagine what's running threw her mind she might be a baby but she's smart and she knows and she has fu***ng feelings too but you didn't think about that part while pointing that gun at our innocent dogs did you? You are the true definition of a fu***ng no good peice of s**t that deserves to rot in fu***ng he'll but you no what that would probly be to good for you! Rot in fu***ng hell as your probly tucked in your bed sleeping with no remorse we sit here in tears and a lost for words on what exactly to tell our daughter. Sleep tight you piece of s**t you'll get yours I promise you that!!!
How do I tell my baby her doggies are never going to come running to her ever again how do I tell her they will never be able to play together again how do I tell her she's carrying this dam apple around for no reason because he's not gana come get it from her? As parents we try our best to make it so our babies never have to feel hurt expecially at such a young age but she's fu***ng hurting she wants her doggies iv tried ignoring her when she says "ty" and smacks her hand on her leg iv tried to ignore her when she goes to there food to feed them but this I simply can't ignore I just can't and idk what to say?! I was hoping by ignoring it for for a couple days maybe she'd forgot and not notice but she fu***ng does and it's breaking our hearts
Why would you do this to us? To our innocent dogs one that was scared of a 8 week old kitten for f**k sake you will never be able to justify what you did never ever!
When your 14 month old daughter is outside calling looking and doing anything she can to get the dogs to come out and see her
How do you let her know that they will never come see her again only she will be able to see them at their burial site💔😰😭😠
When the time comes for the justice system to do it's part we are hoping and praying that it does due justice and not just push it threw just because it's a animal and the responsible person just gets a slap on the hand
Crimes like this have happened too many times and no justice is being served
Whatever the problem is needs to be fixed if it's the state laws then let's get better ones if it's not being taken seriously in courts then let's get it taken seriously.
Any thoughts,ways to fix and make better or reasons why we keep failing to get justice. Let's come together fix this not let it get pushed aside and get lawmakers state representatives and whoever to hear us and make some changes

Are beloved dogs came up missing from our home in Albany Vermont Tuesday August 13th between the hours of 6pm and 11pm never to be seen again untill yesterday Saturday August 17th unfortunately it was a sad ending for our family and our babies we found them murdered in Wolcott Vermont some fisherman and his son found them thrown over a guardrail into some bushes there rotting body's had been there for days. Are dogs didn't have a mean bone in there body they were sweet lovable and just the best dogs ever they didn't deserve this and neither did our family. Lil does this heartless cruel human being knows we lost our daughter a lil over 2 years ago and loosing both dogs at once is like loosing 2 more of our babies. My boyfriend dj had Tyler for almost 12 years they have been threw hell and back together Casper we got a lil over 3 years ago. Are daughter is lost without her doggies and so arnt we. We're hoping by making this go public someone will say something. And the truth will come out. Please share share share!! We found an officer to take the case and we are one step closer to finding this heartless do*****ag keep sharing our story let's get the word out even more than it has thanks in advance to everyone that has and will share our story we are forever great full
