✨ That’s a wrap on the Mosaic Manager Summit! ✨

Our final day was filled with powerful conversations, creative brainstorms, and inspiration from our Regional Operations Directors. We were energized by a fantastic client engagement presentation from our Administrative & Marketing Assistant, Stacy, and had a blast with our friends at Elanco who not only shared valuable education but also challenged us to a veterinary-themed escape room (yes, we made it out).

We wrapped it all up with great food and service at UNA Pizza (University District), followed by a final debrief that brought it all full circle.

💙 And while we were deep in summit mode today, we didn’t forget what day it is: Happy Veterinary Appreciation Day! To every veterinarian across our Mosaic clinics: thank you for your dedication, expertise, and heart. You are the reason we do what we do, and we are beyond grateful for the care you provide every single day. 🩺🐾

Safe travels to everyone heading home. Let’s take all this momentum back to our teams!

Day 2 of the Mosaic Managers Summit What. A. Day. 🙌

We kicked things off celebrating our incredible teams and diving into a morning of engaging, thought-provoking presentations. A huge thank you to our President and CEO, Dr. Jonathan Leicht, for reminding us that “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” 👏

We were also inspired by Andrea, our Director of Talent and Brand, and Juliette, our Director of People and Culture. Later in the day, our Regional Operations Directors challenged everyone to reflect on what makes their clinic shine, how we can take these conversations home to our teams and inspire one another in the ever changing world of Veterinary Medicine to stand out while standing together. These conversations were thoughtful, energizing, and exactly the kind of collaborative spirit that defines Mosaic.

We were also thrilled to be joined by our friends from Solvet Canada this morning. Shannon, Anders, and founder Dr. Merle Olson, who shared more about their proudly Canadian company and how they’re solving real veterinary problems in the field.

This afternoon, we welcomed three of our Mosaic Partners, Dr. Renaud Léguillette, Dr. Michael Jelinski, and Dr. Craig Dorin. We had great conversations, big laughs, and even recruited them as guest judges for our first-ever Mosaic Veterinary Olympics! 🥇 Our clinic teams submitted amazing video entries, full of creativity, team pride, and just the right amount of friendly competition. Moral boost = unlocked!

OEB Breakfast Co. (UD) kept us fuelled with incredible food for both lunch and dinner, and we capped the evening off with drinks and bowling at The Banquet . 🎳�

Feeling full (literally and figuratively), connected, and ready for the final day tomorrow. Let’s go Day 3!

🎨Night One in Calgary: A picture-pawfect start to our Mosaic Managers Summit!

We kicked things off with a connection event hosted at the AHmazing University District Vet Clinic by the fabulous Laura and Jen from Purina . A Purina Paint Night filled with laughs, creativity, and just a few questionable brushstrokes. 😅

Huge thanks to our amazing instructor, Christy, for guiding us through the chaos- we mean, canvases! Whether we were painting pets or just channeling our inner Picassos, one thing’s for sure: this team knows how to have fun together.

Bonus: Native Tongues Taqueria came through with the most delicious Mexican catering 🌮🔥 fueling both our art and our appetites.

Turns out, teamwork looks great in every brushstroke. 🖌️🐾

🎉 We are so excited to welcome Dr. Laura Callaghan to the Sherwood team! 🎉

If you’ve ever met someone who truly lives and breathes horses — it’s Dr. Callaghan. She’s one of the most enthusiastic and passionate equine vets we’ve ever met, and we’re beyond lucky to have her.

Originally from Medicine Hat, Laura graduated from WCVM in 2024 and recently completed an internship in equine field service at the Vet Med Center in Saskatoon. Her jam? Sports medicine, lameness, and performance exams — if it moves (or limps), she’s all in.

When she’s not out in the field, you’ll find her on her acreage near Kronau with her fiancé, David, and a very eclectic crew of animals: horses, guinea pigs, a tortoise, a coonhound, an epileptic cat, and a huarizo (that’s a llama × alpaca — yes, really).

Oh, and she’s a total Swiftie. ✨ She’s seen Taylor Swift in concert 9 times and has even met her in person! So, if you want to chat Eras Tour while doing a flexion test, she’s your girl. 🎤🐎

Laura is already diving into Regina’s horse community and can’t wait to get to know you and your animals.

Andrea, our Director of Talent & Brand, made a stop at Sherwood Animal Clinic this week—and let’s just say, the clinic may have stolen her heart. 🐴💛

With foals on the ground and mamas keeping close watch, it was one of those visits that reminds us why we do what we do.

Thanks to the Sherwood team for the warm welcome (and the overwhelming cuteness). Something tells us Andrea won’t be straying far from the clinic with these cuties around…
