WE’RE AT THE SEATTLE BARKERY!

Douglas dropped off The Seattle Barkery’s first order of paw balm at the Magnuson Treat Truck today! They’ll have small tins for those pups-on-the-go, and the biggies for multi-pup households and best furriend spa days. We are SO pumped that our favorite little blue treat trucks are stocking our paw balm, and look forward to oodles more soft noses and toeses around the Seattle area!

Douglas rocked his first particularly rocky hike yesterday morning at Lake Twentytwo. While he was zoomin’ back and forth waiting for me to catch up, I was worrying about how his paws were handling six miles of treading on unforgiving stone. This little Snohomish farm focuses on veggies, herbs, and BEAUTIFUL berries, but they’ve also got lovely flower arrangements and a lot of local blooms. There’s something for everyone here, and my garden is looking beautiful as a result of my stop here this weekend. Plus, BONUS: it is super dog friendly too! Our buddy Maximus looks like he could use a paw massage, don’t you think? 🐾

Look at that glow-up! This is a before and after from Doug’s post-Beach paw massage. His little paw pads were looking ROUGH and were clearly irritating him (lots of chewing and licking, especially on his carpal pad). Salt and de-icer are tough on puppy paws, and romps in the snow - while super fun! - don’t help. Check out this before and after of Douglas’s paw from today’s massage with Paw Balm! His dry and chapped toes are feeling much better now, and the beeswax outer layer will keep his paws a little more protected for our next walk. The shine means it’s working! 🐾♥️
