Unheated coop when temps dropped below 20°. The 12 week old chicks seem to be fine. It's me that is having a hard time.

I am starting this page because today I saw another video posted about a coop burning down. Perhaps the best way to stop this is to post articles and videos? I hope that we can reduce the number of losses. I came close to losing a flock this way. I had a camera in the coop to spy on my chickens and I left my laptop open to live feed, so I saw the haze of the starting smoke and ran down to the coop. The wood shavings were smoldering and there was a hole melted into the floor.
I would have sworn that the heat lamp was securely fastened, but it took just one hen to knock it to the floor. I had the film footage as proof.
