Cancellation/ No-Show/ Late Policy

To all my wonderful customers, as of August 15th, 2022 These policies are in place because my salon is a single groomer - single household operation. In order to continue to provide the quality one on one experience your pups know and love The Filthy Beast’s Den formally implements policies effecting the following:
Cancellations- any appointment canceled 36 hours or less before the scheduled time will be subject to a fee of 50% the estimated grooming visit. This fee will be due at the time of the next service rendered and any client unwilling to pay this fee will be denied future services until fee is paid.
No-Show/ Late - any client who fails to show up to their appointment by the 15 minute past scheduled time will be considered a no show or late client. You will be subjected to a fee of 50% the estimated grooming visit. This fee will be due at the time of the next service rendered and any client unwilling to pay this fee will be denied future services until fee is paid.
Any client who cancels or no shows 3 visits in a row will be put on an 8 week suspension and may book in after that time
All of these policies are applied at the discretion of the owner of the Filthy Beasts Den.
