This sweet girl just can't seem to catch a break. She’s in need of a new home.

Meet Xenia (formerly known as Phobe), a sweet cuddle bug who adores everyone she meets! She’s great with kids but needs gentle reminders to be careful. Xenia loves her walks and playing with toys, and she thrives in the company of medium to large dogs. However, she would be best in a home without cats, as she tends to want to play or chase them.

Having spent her first year in a crate, Xenia can become overstimulated and overwhelmed if she's out for too long—ideally, she should have breaks every few hours. A certified trainer has noted that she’s very responsive and will be easy to train with consistency. As a young pup, she still requires plenty of sleep.

Xenia is also an excellent hiking and running companion. She does have some allergies, particularly to beef, which can be managed with Benadryl when needed.

Meet Remy, she is 1 years old. Remy enjoys playing with other dogs and has been trained around cats. She did well with the kids who visited, but her previous owner claimed she wasn’t good with kids or cats, which the current owner suspects was due to the previous owner's inability to manage a pitbull.

Remy is a lively puppy with lots of energy and loves to run.

Interested individuals can contact Melissa at 805-623-6488. She can bring Remy over for a trial, and if it doesn’t work out, she will take her back while continuing the search for a home. Remy gets along well with Melissa's dog, and she is happy to pet-sit her in the future. Remy is also registered at a doggie daycare, which provides extra activity when needed.

Unfortunately, due to a change in his owner’s circumstances, Eddie has lost his spacious backyard and his training has been put on hold.

Eddie truly deserves a caring home that can provide him with the love and attention he craves. At 48 pounds and up-to-date on his vaccinations, he’s ready to find his forever family. SOOO tired of everyone’s excuses who gives their dogs away. And especially to the backyard breeders who continue breeding pups to “rehome” for profit which they then later on get tossed out like trash and dropped off to shelters. Think before getting a dog. It’s a lifelong commitment. They are not cute puppies to buy your kids, or presents for the holidays, etc. They are not something you throw out when they are old, sick, you can’t take care of anymore, blah blah blah. They are family members for life and require love, attention, health checks, food and so much more. THINK BEFORE GETTING A DOG. They deserve so much better!!!
