Sharing our favorite Lion's Mane recipe. 🧐The key is before you begin to season it, press the water out of it. We also add the shallots after the Lion's Mane is browned, so they don't overcook.

🧐I've gotten a few questions about Lion's Mane. Here's one of my favorite recipes.

If you are not familiar with Lion's Mane, its flavor and texture is a sweet savory flavor, and meaty stringy texture.🦀 Some people use it as a substitute for lobster or crab.🦞 It will absorb the flavor that you season it with.

Today's Harvest! Beautiful Brown Oyster Mushroom. We are looking forward to new recipes with these. They are earthy and meaty tasting. The stem is soft and inflated. The entire mushroom can be sliced and cooked.

🤣🤩We are excited to learn that oyster mushrooms can grow on pine! We are committed to using sustainable substrate and there is a lot of pine beetle kill wood here in Colorado.

This may not work for all varieties but may be able to work for our oyster mushrooms. We'll see how this evolves.
