Illas first time being shot over at 6 months old, she has had alot of gunfire introduction, I was proud to see her keep working to find the bird. This was just an evaluation, and I’m happy to see how bold this little girl is!
A few weeks ago this little girl would try to run away to enjoy her bird for a meal. Now she has had her first bird shot for her!
I did a second run after this video and she was steady, to wing again. No shooting this time. I even kicked some grass before I released the bird and she didn’t flinch.
Ryker with the find, Vora with the Honor. ❤️
Illa is definitely loving jumping off rocks after bumpers! Is dock diving in her future?

Some clips from this morning, we focused on fence lines. I made them hunt for a good 30 mins before taking them near the location I dropped a shed 4 days ago.
Sadly we have very few bucks where my land is ( over hunted by surrounding land owners) but I’m hoping we can find a few sheds on my property this season.
ATTENTION!
I am proud to announce that Royal S Shorthairs will be hosting a monthly dog training clinic starting March 9th, and every second Saturday each month.
Our clinic will be on our property, nestled in a gorgeous valley off of Elk Creek Rd with 15+ acers of accessible land!
The focus of the clinic is going to be based per dog!
From leash pulling, to reactivity, even retrieving! Really anything you need to focus on!
This will be a 4 hour clinic, and will be limited to 10 handlers with a fee of $100 per person and is limited to 1 dog per person at this time. If you plan on doing this monthly you will pay a one time discounted fee for the 3-6 months, to a year! We will group up so please arrive 20 mins early so I can group you guys together based on your goals!
If you need additional help, we can work 1 on 1 at the end of the clinic.
I am encouraging you to watch each person and their dog to gain as much knowledge as possible! My time is yours and I really want to make sure you benefit from our clinic!
We will start at 10 am.
