Hello everyone,

Just a quick reminder we will be out at The Southern Pines Farmers Market tomorrow with lots of freshly harvested Microgreens and Oyster Mushrooms. For those of you that don’t know the market is located at the park in downtown southern pines. Come by and say hello and grab some fresh goodies. We will be out there from 8am-12pm. There will be lots of other vendors with Fresh Produce as well.

one of my favorite chefs in the world right here. I remember when I had nothing and no clientele. You would always welcome me in the door at . When I wanted to quit growing and give it all up you spoke honest words to me and told me you’d support me. You encouraged me to keep pushing. You hold a special place In my heart my friend and I attribute much of my success to you. From microgreens to mushrooms you have always held me down. Thank you and here’s to many more years of working with you.
