Lulu wants to remind you to keep your pets cool during this heat wave! Brachycephalic breed such as bulldogs, boxers, shi zhus, Persians, etc. are more at risk of overheating due to their respiratory anatomy. Remember to keep water available at all times and try to get out and exercise in the morning and at night when it’s coolest out. If you think your dog is experiencing heatstroke, call your vet to seek immediate medical attention. Stay safe and enjoy your night!
