Taz Is a 6yr old Tb gelding picked up from bowie today with only a few days left till ship day. So we decided to bring him home. This will be a fun little project once he gets more weight added to him but we are so excited to work with him. Taz will no longer be tag 2883.💕

Imani, 3-4yr, black QH mare about 14-14.1hh May be taller, granddad is Hollywood dunit selling Grade. Green broke with 90+rides under saddle, Not a beginner horse.
This mare is Flashy and cute! This mare could excel in any job or discipline. She is green broke, has one of the nicest trots I’ve ridden! This mare has the option to go English or western. She has a cute jump only seen through a jump chute. Trailers fine in a straight, stands tied, can pick up all 4s. This is the soundest horse I’ve owned and could easily stay barefoot. Recently had teeth floated and been dewormed. She would be perfect for someone who’s handy with young horses. She is not your throw out to pasture for a week and hop back on. She does spook here and there and can be quirky/ a little testy in the beginning.

Havnt had the time to ride my main girl Zcatparade with the heat and having other ponies to train and work in the morning which is okay cause I’m glad I can hop on her and have her be excited to ride and the rides look like these❤️ also peep the baby

Imani and I are strong believers in creating sunday horses. have to many people keep telling me that since imani is cutting bred she can only do cutting she can’t jump… she’s not an English horse🤦🏽‍♀️ just cause she’s bred one way does not mean she has to stick to that discipline she’s bred for that shouldn’t have to be a boundary. Imani has grown so much mentally! It’s been amazing working with her. It’s been a slow process too and that’s okay. So many people have this expectation that they should be riding as soon as as possibly but for some horses like imani we can’t push them like that. I’ve really learned a lot more about her with starting her under saddle that she missed a lot as a yearling and had some rough handling in her past which has made her harder to trust learning newer things. We’ve been taking it slower with her to allow her to build that trust up again.

Imani this is her second time running through the chute! She’s just the cutest little jumper🥰 I decided to wait on putting my first ride on her as i felt she just wasn’t mentally ready yet and I have been waiting for some tack for her that I would like to introduce off the ground first so it’s not confusing to her when I put that first ride on❤️

Imani working on giving to pressure in the crossties🥰 she is still iffy being tied so we just keep her in a quick release till we feel she is ready to actually be tied. Also it’s been a month of having her in my training program❤️

If anyone didn’t know our main girl has gone on for a short retirement/pasture rest and had her first ride back yesterday. With the heat I have pushed back all my training and exercise rides even with feeding early we just can’t beat this heat rn. However I have taken the time to refresh my groundwork up on them❤️

Zika being a star coming back from a week break✨💫

Still working hard we have already gotten a long way already and I can’t wait for what the future holds in my riding career. This is actually Zika and is first small course at a canter together. The 4 years I’ve owned her we just never were able to get the opportunity and to now see how much we have grown together as a team building confidence and muscle❤️

As a rider and learning horse trainer I find it hard in the equestrian world. I’ve worked a lot in just the animal business and I’ve learned and taken in a lot; however, I’ve also learned the hardships that come with it. My younger sister she’s been following in my footsteps which is amazing but there are times where I’ll be scrolling through social and see clips of her jumping my horses… and the urge to want to scream my heart and yell at her ugh but I gotta draw back cause as my dad always tells me I was once at that stage. It’s very hard I’m in a new city now and I get these messages and threats from other trainers and riders about it all and I’m like woahh hold on there. Trainers have also told me I’m not capable of riding certain horses or jump bigger heights because of my height which I’m 4’11”. Obviously I wasn’t graced with beautiful, normal height, and a slim body, but everyday I work hard to achieve the goals I have. Anyways to end it off I set my younger sister up with a client of mine exercising her beautiful ranch show horses down in my hometown so she can have an opportunity to grow.

Over the years when I first purchased Zika I always wanted to teach my horse cool tricks obviously I wasn’t consistent enough with how busy I was, however was blessed with this little bay mare who became my partner through it all. And that’s our little bow🥰

The horse equestrian community just isn’t the same, but how can it be when you have people who are so judgmental or think with there eyes first. I’m super excited to train horses and be able to travel more with my fíance and be able to work with more people.
The one thing I’m not excited for is meeting other trainers or showing privately, because of the hate, because people will say or start the spread of rumors that they don’t know the full story. It’s just how people are now in the equestrian chain. We each do things differently some of us may not agree but that’s how it is. If you want to jump big do it, if you want to win at the finals do it, if you want to train and rescue do it. The world is yours, don’t let the others tell you so they may have a little more experience or the money but if anything I learned from a true horseman is you never just know everything, everyday you and your horses are always learning there is never one person who knows it all.❤️
