🐾 Peter's mom wanted to give us another wonderful update. We are so glad we can help families bring their furry friends around the world. 🥰

"Hi Ryan - I would like to share about Peter's adventure. Peter, my beloved senior cat, had one last grand adventure in him. Just a few weeks before the colorful Harvest Festival, Gawai, he embarked on an international odyssey from Texas all the way to Sarawak, Borneo. His journey was nothing short of epic. With two transits ; one in Amsterdam and another in Kuala Lumpur. Peter’s travel was carefully orchestrated. Thanks to our dedicated coordinator, Ryan, and the exceptional Starwood Pet Travel Team, Peter’s transition across continents was smooth and filled with care. At last, Peter arrived safely in Kuching, Sarawak, his eyes wide with curiosity and his paws ready to explore his new home. The Gawai Festival awaited him, and with it, a brand new chapter. Peter was especially excited to meet new cat friends. He was soon reunited with his fur cousins and made some new feline friends in the peaceful countryside, where the fresh air and fruit trees promised endless adventures. Thank you, Ryan and Starwood Pet Travel Team, for ensuring that Peter’s journey was not only safe, but memorable. We are forever grateful!"

"Hank did amazingly well on the trip. Unfortunately American Airlines delayed the flight for 3 hours! But we made it in the end. Collection from the animal reception was super easy and Hank is settling in to his new home gradually. He was being a bit dominant over my mums dog in his anxiety but they are becoming good friends now. Thank you for all your help with the process it really was invaluable." - BOS ✈ LHR

"Hi Ryan, I hope you are well! I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for being there with me every step of the way throughout Axie’s big move from the US to Singapore. From guiding me through the paperwork, helping me stay on track with all the required timelines, booking the vet appointments, to patiently answering all my questions - I honestly don’t think I would have such a peace of mind without your support.

I was so anxious about Axie flying cargo especially for such a long journey from NY to SG, but the way everything was handled - from check-in to transit to arrival - and the updates at each point made me feel so reassured. Now that he’s home, safe and sound, healthy, and back to his happy self, I can finally breathe easy.

Thank you again for the care and responsiveness you brought to the entire process. It meant the world to both of us! Here are some pictures of Axie settling well back home. Once again, I am grateful to you and Starwood for making our reunion possible!" 🥰
