🐾 Oliver flew from Chicago to London on ✈

"Hi Sarah - Just wanted to let you know we got Oliver picked up this afternoon! Everyone at the pick up HARC was lovely and he did really well with the whole process. Me and him are back at the air B&B were using until our new rental is ready so he’s got one more road trip to do but a much shorter one!! Thank you for all your help throughout this process. Probably the most emotional part of our move so glad to have this sorted!"

✈ Frequent flyers, Radley & Harper, traveled from San Francisco to Barcelona with a comfort stop in Amsterdam! 🐶

"Matt and I want to sincerely thank you and the entire Starwood team for safely bringing Radley and Harper to us. We truly appreciate the care and attention shown throughout their flight. They arrived calm and clean, and their crates were tidy and well-maintained. A huge thanks to you, your team, and the KLM Dog Hotel staff for that exceptional level of care. The easy pickup and smooth delivery made the entire experience even more reassuring. Thank you again for everything."

🐱 Mowgli traveled from San Francisco to London on ! ✈

"Mowgli is doing very well, didn’t take us long to get back into our usual habits. He’s in a very different environment so is clearly adjusting, but everything is great overall. We were very impressed by the end to end journey itself and the regular updates especially - really helped during a stressful time. Attached some photos. Thanks for everything and I’ll leave some reviews :)"

🐾 Saga, Rocco, & Ozzy traveled from San Francisco to Copenhagen! ✈

"Hi Gemma, Sorry for the delay! It's been a busy week :) all the dogs are doing well - it was definitely a long trip for Saga, so I'm glad she made it ok. She just got a bit dehydrated etc... I think it was hard because they didn't do the overnight at the lufthansa pet lounge as we had originally hoped, but they all made it safe and sound! Yes, will definitely leave a good review. You have been a tremendous help! And our vet also said how great Starwood had been to work with - she was pretty impressed. She's from overseas and does a lot of travel certificates, so that should be good to hear as well. Thank you!"

🐱 Gidgy traveled from California to New Zealand! ✈

"Everything has gone fantastically with bringing Gidgy into her new home, and she is seeming more settled in and in better spirits each day. Her playfulness and love of cuddles hasn't changed a bit! She was definitely a bit rattled from the quarantine, I believe, as we're keeping her in just one bedroom at first to help acclimate her and the other cats in the house to each other. She would react pretty strongly to me leaving the room at first, but even just a couple days time has helped to quell that reaction. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Starwood. I knew that Gidgy was well taken care of on every step of her journey, and knowing that all her paperwork would be correct and submitted on time was a big load off my mind. Here's a few pictures from Gidgy's first couple days here in New Zealand. Her favourite activities so far have been spending time on her cat tree, which is perfect window height for her to look out of, as well as tucking herself under the covers for some warmth during the winter here."

"Fantastic international pet relocation company. All the staff were excellent, especially our coordinator, Gemma. Our vet in the US also mentioned that Starwood was very professional and handled everything (paperwork, forms, communication, etc) exceptionally well."

🐶 Happy International Dog Day from Etienne! This handsome fellow traveled from Boston to London! ✈

"Firstly, thanks so much for all the effort over the past few weeks to manage Etienne's travel home. We're grateful to all the team at Starwood and AirPets who smoothly got him from Boston to the UK. He's settled back in well and is having a great time with his friends. Attached are a couple of photos now that he's back to exploring the English countryside once more!"

🩷 "The boys have arrived to Belgium! Thank you so much for all the support during this crazy experience - we couldn’t be happier!! They are actually both quite relaxed - I think this was the least stressful move Fletcher and Baxter have had! I will let you know when we are ready to move back to DC in 2028!! :)" 🐱🐶

✈ Fletcher & Baxter flew with from IAD to AMS, cleared customs, and then drove onward to Brussels, Belgium!
