We have open spots at our new horse farm. We have 65 Acres with wooded trails. 4 brand new paddocks with new gates and added walkthroughs. Immediate boarding available. 4 stall barn with tack room and bathroom and a 6 stall shed row barn.
7 minutes to Steeplechase, 10 minutes to Downtown Aiken, 17 minutes to The Vista.
We are constantly updating and adding amenities.
Monthly Board Rates:
*Full care pasture- $475
*Full care stall- $750
Full care includes two feedings per day, two flakes of hay per feeding, 1 scoop of grain per feeding, blanketing and fly sheets if provided by owner. Blanketing based off weather each day.
The grain we provide is Caroline Choice and the hay can be coastal or orchard.
We also provide bedding if full stall board.
*Self care pasture-$300
*Self care stall- $400
We provide a dry stall if self care stall board. Owner is to supply feed, hay, and bedding.
No shared fence lines.
