Batman is enjoying his pup cup!!
Meet Coco! She is a sweet, 9-year-old Blue Doberman. She loves to be anywhere and everywhere that you are! Coco is a healthy girl who weighs about 66 pounds and has a docked tail and natural ears. Coco also has a beautiful full coat of fur.
Coco is house-trained. She is not a fan of being crated so I have left her with the run of the house when I am not home without incident. Coco will whine when I am gone so she would be happiest in a home where someone is around most of the time.
Coco enjoys using her nose to explore our yard and loves taking walks in our woods and down our road. Coco may jump around and pull on the leash if she sees a cat or other small animal. Coco gets excited when she sees deer. She also loves to relax and lay in the sun when outside!
If you’re looking for an older, calmer Doberman then Coco would be a great companion for you.
She is currently located in Virginia.

Meet Batman, a 2-year-old black and rust male with cropped ears and a natural tail. He is a sweet, friendly, loving boy who follows me around wanting to know everything I’m doing. He is very happy, and wiggly and loves to give kisses. He enjoys playing with my dogs or is content to play with a toy or chase his tail. He rides well in the car and walks pretty well on a leash. He is very food-motivated and picked up on the routine here quickly. He has good house manners although like a lot of dogs he may take food items off counters if the opportunity presents itself.
Batman weighs about 60 pounds and has a big personality. He has a good energy level having plenty of energy for play or exercise but also good for relaxing and hanging out. He is crate-trained and likes a Kong or chew toy while in there. He is good out of the crate overnight but is content to be in his crate when I am not home. He has learned to sit for treats. He’s unfamiliar with cats or small children but is good with other dogs. He’s a happy, super cool guy looking for his forever home.

Meet Max, a 3-year-old, black/rust, docked, natural-eared lump of sweetness that weighs in at around 74lbs and has average activity level. Max is a sweetheart that has yet to meet a human he has not liked. He is house-trained and spends his time while we are away in his ex-pen snoring away. He's learning how to wait to go out of a door until given the okay, he knows sit and down, has started to wait to eat until given the okay and we are working on him giving his paw. He will need solid work in his leash manners. We have never had an issue taking anything away from him and he has had no problems if you approach his bowl while he eats. At night he sleeps on a bed in our room and from day one has just gone with the flow of our routine and has blended right in. In his previous home, he lived with four other dogs and a cat. He liked to chase the cat. Max will make sure that you are never alone and will follow you wherever you go. He will lay his head in our lap for love and will look up at you with complete adoration and just wait for you to pay attention to him. He's had baths and nail trims while with us and has done well with both. Max is waiting for a family that will love him for who he is and will help him become the dog he can be.

Meet Iris
Iris is a 10-month-old black and tan female with natural ears and a docked tail. Due to her young age, she requires a fully fenced yard (e-fence ok). She currently weighs about 40 pounds but is still growing. Iris is a sweet and friendly girl who is well-behaved with puppy energy.
She is housebroken and has good house manners. She likes to play with her squeaky ball or other toys. She stays quietly in her crate while I’m at work but is fussy if she’s in the crate when I’m home.
Iris hasn’t yet learned what is friend or foe, so she barks at things she sees and hears at first. She pulls on the leash out of excitement when walking but was well-behaved in the pet store. She is friendly with everyone she meets. She does tend to jump on people she meets out of excitement. These are typical young dog behaviors that we are working on correcting. She has done well with my dogs but is unknown with cats or small animals.

Meet Koba!

1-year-old male with a docked tail and cropped ears that don’t stand up. Koba is a dream. Sweet, friendly, intelligent, just a good boy all around. Easy to train, wants to please, and loves treats. He knows “sit”, “stay”, and “crate”. He sits and waits nicely for his leash to be put on for a walk. He will sit and wait until you put down his meals until you say okay to release him. He’s playful, goofy, and loves a basket full of toys, stuffed animals especially.
He’s full of curiosity and pulls on the leash to get to whatever catches his nose. He is food motivated and is interested in what tasty smells are coming from the kitchen but has never taken anything from the counter as he’s always supervised. He is crated when left home alone and is good for up to 8 hours and overnight. He greets new people with great enthusiasm and likes to give kisses. He lets you do just about anything to him, like brushing his teeth, cleaning his ears, and giving him a bath (when he has no escape). He just likes the attention.
Although in his foster home, he has not had much interaction with other dogs, he was tested at the shelter meeting another dog, and did fine. He would probably love to have a playmate at home as he has a lot of energy. Koba is in Virginia.

Sweet Coco came to us because her elderly owner became ill and could no longer care for her. Even though Coco has gone through a lot recently losing her home and family she has remained a sweet, loving dog.
