We need everyone's help again! We're getting reports that local pet stores are being overwhelmed with people wanting to surrender and or dump their reptiles. Please please reach out to us! I promise we will not judge you and we will do our best to help! Please help us in getting the word out so that we can take this burden off of the pet stores!

Hello everyone! It is unfortunately that time of year again. You or your kids may know me as the “Lizard lady”, i run K&R Reptiles and go to the schools etc. I just wanted to make a post for everyone to see. I’m getting a lot of reports of people moving and leaving their reptiles behind or just letting them go in the desert. This breaks my heart! Please please please spread the word about us or contact us if you need anything. We only care about the animals and helping the community. Please feel free to reach out if you need advice, help, second opinions, or even if you need to surrender or found an animal. (We would be happy to hold onto them until their owners can be found) We do not charge for anything. I would rather be busy trimming nails or helping people with their pets rather then getting reports thats someone moved away and left their dragon to sit in an abandoned house. I typically only do lizards, tortoises and amphibians but if its an emergency or you have tried everything else please reach out to me, it never hurts to ask, and i’m sure i know someone that can help. Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Hey everyone vet time again! Last time for 3 lizards with respiratory infections it cost us almost $500 for them to be seen and get medicine. Tomorrow we have 4 lizards that need to see the vet! *Update* Unfortunately he passed away last night but this is a prime example of why we need your help, not only with funding but with getting the word out about us. Even the owner said that if he had known about us sooner then he would've brought him to us as soon as this had started.*

It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Bubba. It seems that he had a heart attack or a seizure. It was sudden and unexpected. So unfortunately he will not be seeing the kids this year.

Hello everyone! We are K&R Reptiles. As you may or may not know we rescue lizards and take them to the schools to teach the kids about them. We have been doing this for about 8 years now and have helped right around 1,500 animals. We have seen just as many If not twice that in kids when we go to the schools. We could really use your help! The past year or two we have doubled if not tripled in the amount of reptiles that need our help. This of course means that bills have skyrocketed. We have partnered with Andy's Kettlecorn with a kettlecorn fund raiser to raise money for our 501C3 license! There are 3 mouth watering flavors; Regular, Caramel, and Caramel Apple. Each bag is only $10! To order, private message me or call/text 928-846-5477. We will need your name; phone number, and of course which flavor(s) and how many! You can pay cash upon pick up, venmo, or zelle. Check the pictures for the bar codes to pay ahead and if it asks for a code when you are paying the special code Is 7673. Orders due by Wednesday February 28th and pick up is Saturday and Sunday March 2nd and 3rd from 10am to 5pm. Pick up will be at 3770 Sweetgrass drive L.H.C 86406. Bubba and some of our other friends will be there to hang out and take pictures, so bring the kids! We also might be adding some other fun stuff so stay tuned.
