Any invoice not paid within 24 hours of completion of the groom will be charged a late fee.

Any 2 late fees whether it be the same invoice or another invoice will result in all future charges as required prepayment or appointment will be cancelled without notice

Hi all. I'm currently putting in a new appointment scheduling Software System. Your next appointment will be good. But I am trying to set up a rotation appointment system so if it sends out a second appointment don't necessarily write that down yet. It doesn't give me a chance to deal with routing issues and I didn't realize it was sending out additional appointment I just have to work the bugs out thank you for your patience

The governor has released groomers to start working after next week. I will be contacting everyone shortly with their new date. Please wait for your message as I have left everyone in the order they were in at the time of shut down, to keep everything fair. And it will take a few days for me to contact everyone as I wait for their return messages to confirm. See you soon

For the safety of all I will be meeting clients at the door of the house for dog/payment exchange. Have all dogs on leash. If you will not be at home, dog must be crated and just inside the door. I will not be walking further into the home then that to look for dogs. A missed appointment will result in a missed appt fee of the entire groom. If neither of these options will work for you, I can accomodate by having you bring the dog to me at my home and I can collect them from your vehicle
