‼️FREE FLU SHOTS FOR DOGS!‼️ REGISTER NOW
In response to the current Canine Respiratory Disease Outbreak in Delaware, we are proud to offer free canine influenza and distemper vaccines to dogs in the community. Free appointment times, starting Wednesday, are now open at our Animal Health Centers in New Castle, Dover, and Georgetown. Two dogs per household can register per time slot.
The free flu vaccines will be provided thanks to generous supporters Tatiana and Gerret Copeland through Reggie's Fund. Free distemper vaccines are provided by Petco Love’s national vaccination initiative.

New Addition over the Howlidays? Join our Behavior Department for a unique 2-hour Puppy Event located at VCA Wellington Animal Hospital and Family Pet Resort.

Our team of Behavior Consultants will discuss all things puppy including how to overcome common puppy struggles like nipping, potty training, crate training, teething, leash manners, grooming and so much more!

This two-hour event is spilt into part lecture and Q&A and hands on skills with YOUR puppy! While puppies are able to attend, they will be crated in our training space for the first part of the class. Our Hands-On skills section will cover name recognition, recall, sit with release cue, intro to leash manners, how to play with your puppy, how to curb jumping and other attention seeking behavior!

MONDAY SHOT CLINIC: We will be hosting a free clinic that will include Rabies and Distemper vaccines courtesy of a grant from Petco Love! Distemper is a core vaccination that prevents parvovirus in puppies and dogs. The clinic will be at Pet Supplies Plus Woodlyn PA from 11am-1pm on Monday, November 15th!
