Finnegan For The Win - Adopted Hi, I’m Finnegan! I’m a 2 yr old male bull terrier who was signed over to Blue Ridge Bull Terrier Rescue in May of 2022.

Blue Ridge rescues and re-homes bull terriers along the east coast, except Florida and some of the eastern portion of the US.

It has been a big morning for three of the Fall River Five as Jamie, now known as Finnegan, Beth and John all got sprung from the shelter. We have a slight change of plan for Ripp, the fifth of the group. He will be leaving this weekend. To recap, 5 littermates were taken by animal control due to neglect last week and brought to a shelter. The first of the group went to his new home Wednesday. This morning Finnegan and Beth were pulled by Tricia Murphy. Tricia kindly agreed to foster and work with Finnegan. Finnegan is a typical, young, energetic bull terrier who needs some guidance as he never had any kind of structure or routine or much of anything else up until he was taken by Animal Control. Tricia also is driving Beth to her foster mom, BJ Ralston, who will spend time getting to know Beth so we can get a better idea what kind of household she would do best in. Rhonda J. Arruda went to the shelter and sprung John. She then drove to meet John’s foster mom, Danielle de Wildt. Danielle reached out and offered to foster John after seeing our original post on the Fall River Five. John appears to be the pushiest of the pack. It works out well because Danielle is a dog trainer and is looking forward to helping John use his energy in constructive ways. We are truly thankful that we have three fabulous foster homes lined up for these bullies. People like Tricia, BJ and Danielle, volunteers who take in fosters, are the reason that we can continue to help bull terriers in need.
