Our Story - Diamond In The Ruff
Diamond In The Ruff Mobile Pet Spa was founded in 2009 in Edmond, Oklahoma. After years working for a veterinarian and several more years managing the grooming department at a national store chain, we realized the need for personalized health care in the grooming industry. With multiple accredited certifications ranging from pet CPR and First Aid to certified advanced grooming techniques, we are on the cutting edge and regularly attend continuing education classes. Today, we have expanded to a multi-unit mobile spa company. Diamond in the Ruff Mobile Pet Spa is central Oklahoma's leading mobile pet grooming salon.
Starting from a single mobile salon, DITR quickly established itself as Oklahoma’s largest and leading mobile dog grooming service. Today, DITR has grown in size and employs those that share the same passion and nurturing characteristics it had at its conception, placing your pet’s health and well being as its utmost priority.
Maggie’s (owner) passion and determination was recognized by several well known and respected animal advocates in the area, and is frequently asked to appear on local and national television shows as the expert in dog grooming health. As DITR has grown and evolved over the years, so too has its role in actively helping and giving back to the community that has been so gracious.
