Must vent!! Client comes in saying our billing incorrect. I looked up her account. I explain. I draw a time line showing the dates and amounts charged. She glosses over the 2x her credit card was declined thus the late charge. Still doesn’t get it. THEN asks why am I being such an a***e???
I told her she can talk to her family like that but not to me. Gave it to mgr to explain. I was explaining it correctly. Why say that to me when I’m trying to help?
