We’re Looking for Guardian Families!
We currently have several puppies and adult dogs we would love to place in loving guardian homes.
What is a Guardian Program?
Becoming a guardian family with us is a wonderful opportunity to own a Pomsky (puppy or adult) at no cost while partnering with us in our breeding program. As a guardian family, you provide a loving home for one of our breeding dogs, and in return, you gain an amazing furry companion to share your life with.
We believe every dog deserves a loving, forever home, even while they are part of a breeding program. All of our breeding dogs undergo thorough health screening, including genetic testing. If a puppy isn’t old enough for specific exams, guardians will be responsible for transportation to our vet (costs covered by Platinum Pomskies). Guardians are also responsible for transportation to breeding, which typically takes place in Mesa, Arizona. For this reason, guardians must live nearby and be willing to make the drive when needed.
Guardian Program Requirements
To ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our dogs, guardian families must meet the following qualifications:
• Have a fully fenced yard for the dog.
• Provide a crate for the dog when unsupervised.
• Treat the dog as a beloved member of the family.
• Be willing to feed breeder-approved kibble and follow dietary guidelines.
• Have no other intact dogs in the home.
• Have knowledge of and (preferably) experience with the Pomsky breed.
Our breeding dogs may remain active in our program for up to 6 years. Afterward, they will officially retire and continue to be a cherished member of their guardian family.
