All commissions made from purchases go directly into our rescue account. Our rescue, is Americas Basenji and Shiba Inu Rescue, a 501c3 Non-Profit located in Indianapolis IN started in 1999. We accept Basenji and Shiba Inus (and their mixes) that

need expensive veterinary care when other rescues decline. This creates expensive Veterinary bills and it is difficult to raise enough funds to pay these debts, and care for the permanent residents that can’t be placed. We tried several methods but they didn’t align well with our cause until we came across pawTree. Once I read the marketing materials and tried the products, our dogs and our rescue were sold! We’re already seeing a difference and our finicky dogs LOVE the food, pawPairings and there are so many treats and supplements. No ingredients sourced from China, formulated by a Veterinary team listed on the website, and never a recall, these products have uncompromising quality. Not sold in stores, and only available for purchase from a petPro, because the founder worked as a CEO of a pet supply company in many major markets. He realized in order to compete and find a place with the retailers and to offer the investors their returns, companies began to remove the good quality ingredients and put in fillers. This is not good for the pets. In order to provide uncompromising quality in the food, supplements, treats, he had to go to direct sales.
