Orlando-area foster needed!

Gulliver is a terrier chi blended boy, 3 years old and 19 lbs. He was tossed out in Redland to live on the streets and fend for himself. A Redland volunteer scooped him up and asked PPR for help. He's the happiest, most loving, social, friendly guy around. He's great with other playful dogs and loves to make friends. He is a fun-loving and energetic boy that would love nothing more than to be in a home and out of boarding. He was in temporary foster care before he made his way to PPR and his previous foster mom reported that he seems housetrained. He's so eager to get out of his kennel. Can you give this sweet boy a place to crash until he’s adopted?

🐾 Easy Access to Shade
Dogs are pretty smart creatures and will seek out shade when they start to get hot. When having some outdoor fun, be sure to have shade reliable available and take breaks indoor with some A/C as needed.

🐾 Provide Cooling Mats
Cooling mats can easily be found at your local pet store or even your local Walmart! They work by absorbing the dogs heat and releasing it into the air around them, making for a happy and cooled off doggo.

🐾 Pupsicles!

Keeping your pooch free of matts and knots ensures your dogs skin is breathable and able to release heat properly. Remember, shaving your dog isn’t always necessary though.

Most importantly, it’s important to know the signs of heat stroke. It typically comes on quickly and it’s essential your dog is seen by a vet right away to avoid further complications.

Olive has been adopted.
Thank you everyone for your support and interest.

This is Olive. She was being boarded here at The Bark House of Saint Cloud and her owner has abandoned her here at our facility. She is very sweet and well behaved. She knows basic commands and is completely house trained. Olive is in need of a new forever home. If you or someone you know would like to meet her please contact us ASAP. We are in contact with her owner however they want to send her to the county shelter. Please help.
