I am saddened to hear about the loss of Karen Pryor. Her book "Don't Shoot the Dog" holds up after almost 30 years. She was instrumental in teaching me how to use positive reinforcement to teach dogs anything. RIP Karen. You will continue to influence the world with your research and shared knowledge from beyond. Thank you for your life of scientific research in training animals with kindness.

5:30pm, 3 January - 2 Chow Chow's or Chow Chow mixes loose in Chesterton. This was in Tamarack neighborhood near White Willow and Laurel Creek. It was dark and with their thick fur I could not tell if they were wearing collars. Due to walking my dogs (on lead), and one being reactionary toward unfamiliar dogs I wasn't able to get close to the dogs, even though they seemed friendly. They are light in color. I hope they are found by their owners or find their way home!

Hi Everybody! November was a rocky month full of illness and care taking. Business is back to normal and there are only a couple of training spots left for December. Don't wait until after the holidays to have your dog greet your guests politely!
