URGENT: Molly GoldenX Needs a Home!
We're searching for an individual or family that can FOSTER or ADOPT Molly in the Eastern Pennsylvania - New Jersey area.

Molly is a wonderful, loving dog who is 6 years old, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations. Outgoing and friendly, she loves people and happily greets everyone she meets. Her guardian, a single older man, died recently and Molly's current situation has become very precarious.

Although Molly is wonderful with people and is absolutely perfect with the baby in the photo, she is not good with other dogs. She needs a home with adults or older children that understand that she likely was not socialized with other dogs as a puppy, and is willing to protect her home and family from them.

Molly weighs 108 pounds, but would be much healthier at about 85 or 90 pounds. She has been known to table-surf, so we know that Molly enjoys her food. She must have been a happy and loving companion for her man; please help us find her a safe harbor.

NJ Animal Rabies Cases by County/Species - Jan 1 - Jun 30, 2013

During the first half of 2013, 112 terrestrial animals and 24 bats were confirmed to be infected with rabies at the New Jersey Public Health and Environmental Laboratories, for a total of 136 animal rabies cases. Cape May (20). Ocean (13), and Burlington (10) Counties had the highest number of confirmed rabid animals in the State thus far in 2013.

Nine cats were found to be infected with rabies in 2013. Since 1989, a total of 400 cats have been identified as rabid, representing almost 90% of the rabies cases in domestic animals. This information comes from the NJ Department of Health.
