Fights can be chaotic. This is a first for all these dogs. Two handler, two attackers and three dogs. For their first exposure to a situation like this, they did pretty well. My new K9 sparring partner is still training, but coming along well and never complains about the bites.

The addition of a single dog for protection
- Deterrent, Defense, Fight alongside you
- One dog vs Human willing to fight = dead dog
Two dogs do not 2x your protection, they 10x it
- When attempting to target one dog, the other is attacking
- Can engage both arms at the same time
- Creates chaos and panic for the attacker
Three dogs become impossible to track, often taking the assailant to the ground
- Both arms and often a leg bite
- If one dog is injured, there are still two to fight
- When person goes to ground, dogs target head and neck bites

Brand new K9 Sparring Partner in the suit this weekend. I love how many things are going on in this first deployment. Since he is taller than I am, he has to wear the hand gauntlets. The dogs aren’t used to them and they often target them directly, since they are used to seeing things in my hands that can hurt them. He moves and sounds very different than I do as well. I love getting the dogs exposure to as much as I can. In August, we have another trainer coming out to work with us. I am very excited to have the opportunity to share that experience with you.
