📍Industry Hills Expo 16200 Temple Ave, City of Industry, CA 91744. Capacity for 200 horses; not staffed by DACC
📍Pomona Fairplex 1101 W Mckinley Ave, Pomona, CA 91768. Receiving horses only. They have 50 and capacity for 100 more

Join us this Saturday (10/12) for Free Adoption Day sponsored by the Mericos Foundation from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pasadena Humane! There are so many adorable dogs, cats, and critters who can’t wait to find their forever homes! 🐶🐱🐭🐹🐰

Adoptions include spay or neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, and a microchip. Regular adoption screening applies during this event. Licensing fee may apply.

Did you know that May is Older Americans Month? It’s nationally celebrated every year and led by the US Department of Health and Human Services.

This year’s theme is “Powered by Connection,” which recognizes the profound impact that meaningful relationships and social connections have on our health and well-being.

We’re happy to celebrate by participating in two events - Senior Street Fest in Glendale on May 16th and Pasadena Celebrates Older Americans Month on May 22nd.

There will be plenty of exhibitors (including yours truly!) providing helpful resources and information for older adults to promote overall well-being and stay connected with their community.

Join us this coming Sunday for a fun-filled day at the Wiggle Waggle Walk & Run! 🐶

🗓️: Sunday, April 21, 2024

📍: Brookside Park at the Rose Bowl (360 N. Arroyo Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91103)

The Wiggle Waggle Walk & Run is one of Pasadena Humane’s biggest fundraisers each year, with proceeds helping to save the lives of thousands of animals in our community with programs such as foster care, kitten nursery, animal ICU, wildlife and more.

In addition to the Walk & Run course, you and your pup can stroll through the Vendor Fair, play in the Agility Course, enjoy tasty food truck treats and participate in the paw-some doggy costume contest!
