I don’t know if this is aloud but I’m praying it is.

I am a huge Golden lover, I had two Goldens of my own and now I’m down to one because we lost our precious Daisy May mid last year we had such beautiful pups from her and our male! Well the story is on this particular golden is one of the saddest! We live in a small town and usually with small towns are the best community’s! Well an individual from around our small town that can not be identified due to how he did what he did to this sweet girl. A friend of ours had seen that individual throw her out of his truck on to the road, she was bones, scrapes all up underneath her and a bad limp. She has had puppies very recently but there was no pups to be found anywhere around her. She seems to be around a year old so she is still a pup herself! They had her in their trailer because they didn’t know what she was like and really didn’t have room. We took her in because they couldn’t keep her cause they have dogs of their own. So I decided to foster her for the time being. They called her red for the week that they had her so it just kinda stuck. I really don’t understand why people do what they do! Here is what I have learned about her in the short period of time that I’ve known her.

1. She growls when other dogs come near her food.
2. She pulls when on a leash I’m guessing the original owners never worked with her seeing how they just threw her out like that.
3. She really isn’t supper hyper at all once she comes in she is for a second then she tends to herself and goes and lays down.
4. She is amazing with other dogs!
5. She is very good with kids! She doesn’t jump on them I have a 1 year old and he pets her and lays by her and puts his hands in her cage never had an issue!
6. She didn’t know what to do with toys at first, it’s like she never had a toy in her life but my husband got her catching a ball!
7. She eats very well now, when they first got her as I said she was bones and at 2 whole bowls of food!
