Most of our animals come from Owner surrender situations, where someone could no longer care for them, never cared for them, abused them or never intended to treat them like family, or from local high kill shelters. We work diligently to make these sweet souls whole again and get them ready for their forever homes and work hard to network them to find them their loving forever homes. We also make

sure we are putting these animals in the situation we feel is best for them to grow, explore, love and be loved. We have been arounmd for 25 years, so we know what to look for and do our due diligence for these animals.

there are so many lost and found dogs in york county alone and I get an application for one of ours which I responded to this person that John boy is a very scared dog and will need a fenced yard. It has taken 2 yrs to get him to trust us. He now sits when asked so i can carry him in so he can get his supper. His perfect home will come along, Til then he is happy and loved by all

we live in the country, and would always go out with him...no fence needed where we live, we live near the woods, so we would train him on his boundaries

At age 19 years, we at Recycled Pets, Inc. let Nikki go to rainbow bridge. She was a special pup to us at the rescue. She was brought to us from another rescue at age 2 yrs and was a semi feral dog but was safe and happy here. She has left an empty hole in our hearts

Asking for prayer. I am getting an online prayer circle going. My love to everyone who reads this. Let's pray for each other today because prayers are needed right now. If I don't see your name, I'll understand.

I ask my family and friends wherever you might be, to kindly post this status for one hour, to whisper a prayer for all of those who have family problems, health struggles, job issues, or worries of any kind and just need to know that someone cares. Do it for all of us, for nobody is immune.

I hope to see this on the walls of my family and friends just for moral support. I did it for someone else, and you can, too ! 🤍
