Daikon radish microgreens anyone? I’ve found that radish microgreens varieties are some of the easiest to grow and only take 7 days to mature. If you haven’t tried them, you should!

True story! A sunflower microgreen salad is a solid addition to homemade dumplings. My parents are visiting Seattle and my mom made my favorite dish, homemade pierogi (Polish Dumplings) filled with sauerkraut and mushrooms. Her’s are the best because she makes the dough thicker. They were really, really hard to share with 😬

Have your tried my triton radish microgreens? It’s a spicy, radish-flavored sprout with purple stems and light-to-medium green cotyledons. Triton radish is a great source of protein as well as vitamins A, B6, C, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. Give it a shot! 🌱

Are you familiar with sunflower microgreens? They are ready to harvest after 10 days. During their 4 days of germination (bottom tray), the mighty seedlings establish roots and start sprouting. Next step is to give them light and water for 6 days. They turn green and grow to about an inch. The two larger leaves are tender and sweet. On Halloween I went trad climbing at Squamish with ... for lunch, I made us some bomber salami wraps with radish, sunflower and pea shoots microgreens. Not only were they insanely tasty, but they were also super fast to make because there is no chopping required with microgreens. See those yellow things? My first run of popcorn microgreens. Never had them before. They are jam packed with intense flavor. Super sweet and tender.
