It's Colorado Gives Day! As you all know I have been volunteering at the best animal sanctuary here in Colorado, Pepper's Senior Dog Sanctuary. They have a great mission where they take in pups that would otherwise be euthanized and give them shelter, medical care and lots of LOVE to live out their remaining days. Another great evening volunteering at Pepper's Senior Dog Sanctuary! Look at the cuties I got to spend some time with. I met Tula & Wilber for the first time tonight. They are both super sweet, but Tula is non-stop love! She lays on her back and paws at you to keep the belly & chest scratches going. 😍❤️ Pepper's is a great non-profit to donate to. Your donations go to saving and caring for sweet senior pups like these that would otherwise be euthanized at shelters. Another Pepper's Senior Dog Sanctuary resident gained his angel wings today 😪 This one also hits me hard. I spent a lot of time with Taves since I started volunteering at Pepper's. He was a handsome, sweet & goofy guy who loved his toys and demand barked for attention, even while you were giving him attention 🤪 Rest in peace sweet Taves. You will definitely be missed and there will be a deafening silence at Pepper's without you 😭
