Shop got a face lift!

Attention: A few updates for the shop.
#1- please make sure to bring rabies certificate with you to your next appointment as the state of Iowa is making it mandatory we have to have a copy on file for each client starting June 1st.
#2- I will be taking maternity leave from June 1st - Sept. 1st this year! If you are needing services during this time I recommend booking in advance with a groomer as their schedules fill up quickly. Sease Paw Spa is my recommendation 💞
#3 ALSO A REMINDER: ALL DOGS AND CATS MUST BE CURRENT ON RABIES AND DISTEMPER BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. I KNOW ALOT OF OTHER PLACES ARE NOT AS LENIENT AS ME AND WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE, SOMETHING I HAVE BEEN CONSIDERING. ALSO LATE OR NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WITH OUT A PHONE CALL WILL MORE THAN LIKELY HAVE A FEE. STARTING SEPT. 1ST I WILL ALSO BE STARTING TO CHARGE A FEE FOR NO SHOW, LATE FEE (AFTER 15 MIN), AND IF YOUR DOG IS NOT UP TODATE ON VACCINATIONS WHEN SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE RESCHEDULING YOUR PETS APPOINTMENT. IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS A PHONE CALL PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IS APPRECIATED.

Reminder to book your pets appointments now through the holiday season. Appointments are filling up quick Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and every other Saturday 10am-6pm. Also with Christmas coming up I will be working until 6:00pm so I can accommodate to everyone's schedule. Don't forget to enter the drawing held on Dec. 20th for a FREE groom! Also Starting December 1st there will be a chance to WIN an awesome gift basket, drawing will be held on New Years Day!

"Just wanted to let you know that Chester died very peacefully this morning. He started to fail on labor day and continued to decline. Vicki and i wanted you to know that u r the best groomer we know. Thank you for always working Chester in your schedule to meet mine. I sure will miss my little sidekick. Thank you Dennis and Vicki, Ida grove." This is the hard part of my job... no words can explain the sadness of losing one of my furry friends. I love my job and the great people I get to meet, caring for others and their pets is what I live for
