This is the last picture we will have together my big handsome boy 😪 Im so sorry I couldn't find a way to save you from a failing heart but I am grateful I was with you for your final breath... I know you are doing all your fav things like sneaking all the food off everyone's plate, sniffin out the best p*e spots and hanging with the kids up there in the heavenlys. 😇 they are so lucky to have you!! and so was I ❤💔❤ you are the reason this page exsists and I don't know what to do without you 😭 Gonna miss you real bad JackJack. love you forever
