Sunflower shoots looking nice today, this has become my favorite micro green by far has a really rich buttery taste that can blend nicely with any meal.

Well another big step in the process is here and ready to go to work!! Thanks to Owantse White for helping with the Assembly and helping set up the micro sprayers in the nursery.. We are shooting for next week to have our first row crops in the ground for this upcoming season

Well all in all pretty good first day at the market got lots of positive feedback on the product and packaging as well as the set up. Not only Was it a successful first market but A good learning experience to build on and greet first exposure.
