During our decade in central Kentucky, we were are the vendor of choice for local venues like Talon Winery, voted Knot.com "best in weddings", chosen by the Kentucky Horse Park to carry Governor Beshear's family in the inaugural parade, and for their off-site events. We also appeared in VH-1 TV / WE Channel's reality series, "My Big Fat Fabulous Wedding" at Keeneland race course, and "My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding" on TLC network, filmed in Louisville KY.

Laura Walker Wood Covell is the owner, carriage driver, and full time caregiver of the horses, easy to communicate with and responsive, so you know each aspect of your event will be well coordinated, and picture perfect.

The carriage is always clean and beautifully decorated with silk flowers to match your colors. Carriage horse Eli is a white Percheron draft breed who loves his fans! He's not only our beloved carriage horse, but a member of the family, getting regular vet and farrier visits, and is up to date on all insurance and health certificates.

at a gorgeous family horse farm this weekend. We had picture perfect weather, and all the horse people commented on our turnout. Loved our accommodations! After 300 weddings, the sentimental ceremony gets me every time. 🥰 Here's to Morgan and Sean!

Celebrating a huge personal milestone: my 100th event with Rock Star carriage horse Eli, for a mid-week wedding at the World Equestrian Center. As a bonus, we had a front row seat for the warm-ups of the Ocala International Horse Show, and touring the show barns! Who has the best job in the whole wide world? Me. Truly blessed to do what I love, and love what I do!

Before each event, the carriage gets a wash and safety inspection. Chief Safety Officer Boots gives the final OK, and ensures that I have to use the lint roller one more time.

Another very important member of - our farrier! He keeps Eli's toes in top shape year round. We give his feet a rest from shoes while we're off for the summer. Got all four brand new, ready to rock this weekend!

Months of secret - behind the scenes planning brought this special marriage proposal to fruition on Saturday! PS - she said yes! We made it home just in time to beat the heat, and avoid the thunderstorms. I love such a romantic story! Cannot confirm or deny the fact that I may have been a little misty eyed :)

We are loving the recent trend of smaller, more intimate gatherings for weddings! They are just that much more special, ultimately making it more affordable to have the wedding ceremony of your dreams, and enjoy the reception celebration at a later date in the not-so-distant future.

Keosha and Ondra's wedding was so beautiful and moving last weekend, at Jumbolair in Ocala. There was not a dry eye in sight! As always, carriage horse Eli was a Rockstar, and he loves his fans. We are so blessed to have such amazing clients, and thank you all for making our 2018 season a success thus far, and letting us put the exclamation point on your special day, in style!

Here we are appearing in an episode of reality series "My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding", filmed in Louisville Ky in July of 2014, airing on TLC channel in March of 2015. It was an interesting experience!
