‼️Due to an increased number of cancellations in pet sitting services recently, we have found it necessary to introduce a non-refundable deposit requirement.‼️

Starting immediately, a non-refundable deposit of 35% will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will secure your reservation and contribute towards the overall service fee. Please note that, should you cancel, the deposit will be non-refundable. However, if the reservation is upheld, the deposit will be applied to the entirety of the service fee. The remaining 65% of the service fee is to be paid upon the first day of service.

While we hate to implement this policy, adjusting schedules to accommodate reservations that ultimately fall through has become increasingly frustrating.
