Ensure your furry friend can find their way back to you quickly by microchipping them and keeping your contact info current. 📲 It's a small step that makes a BIG difference in reuniting lost pets with their families.

You can never be too careful 🤣⛑️🛟
Here are key tips to keep in mind when you take your furry friends swimming 🥽

Supervision: Always keep a close watch on your dog while they are in or near water. Even strong swimmers can get into trouble.

Life Jackets: Consider a well-fitted life jacket for your dog, especially if they are not strong swimmers, are small, or have a dense coat that can weigh them down.

Gradual Introduction: Introduce your dog to water gradually. Start in shallow areas and let them get accustomed to being wet before progressing to deeper water.

Swimming Ability: Not all dogs are natural swimmers. Breeds with short legs or dense bodies may struggle more. Be aware of your dog's swimming capabilities.

Hydration: Make sure your dog has access to fresh water to drink. Drinking pool or lake water can lead to stomach upset or worse, depending on the water quality.

Temperature Awareness: Be cautious of water temperatures. Cold water can quickly lead to hypothermia, while hot weather can cause heat exhaustion.
