****FOSTER HOME FOUND****
Thank you to the foster parent and to the community for their donations and support!

This new mama and her babies are in dire need of a foster home by the end of the week:
Meet Lori and her 7 puppies 4 females and 3 males.
These puppies were found yesterday crying in a DUMPSTER yesterday. An investigation was done (charges are being pressed) and mama dog Lori was FOUND and surrendered to us along with two other dogs. Now Lori and her newborn babies are reunited and looking for a foster home to stay happy and healthy. The shelter is no place for a nursing mom and her newborn babies. Lori is a sweet girl who is just scared right now due to not knowing who to trust. She is in an emergency foster home right now but it will not be able to go past this upcoming week. We are also running low on other puppy supplies such as:
Canned Puppy food
Large p*e pads
Dry Puppy food

As the weather continues to heat up, remember: NEVER leave your pets in a parked car! Even with cracked windows, temperatures can soar to deadly levels within minutes. Your furry friends can suffer from heatstroke, brain damage, or worse.

👉 Facts to remember:

• On a 75°F day, a car's temperature can reach 100°F in just 10 minutes.
• On a 90°F day, it can hit 160°F in less than 10 minutes.

🐾 What to do:

• Leave pets at home if you can't take them with you.
• If you see a pet in distress in a hot car, call local authorities immediately.
• Spread the word to friends and family – let's keep our pets safe!
• Stay vigilant, stay cool, and keep your pets cool too!
